In the Bible, Romans 10:13-15 tells us that: "...whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call
on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET
OF THEM THAT PREACH THE GOSPEL OF PEACE, AND BRING TIDINGS OF GOOD THINGS!"
 
Pastor Ravenell has been anointed by God to preach the gospel to the poor, brokenhearted, captives,
blind, bruised and to preach the acceptable year of the Lord. He is one who gives of himself never looking for anything in return.  He exemplifies Jesus Christ as he ministers to the needs of others and shares the gospel of Peace.
 
When Satan tempted Jesus in the wilderness to command stones be made bread, Jesus' reply was: "It is
written man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word which proceedeth out of the mouth of God." (St. Matthew 4:4)
 
Pastor Ravenell makes certain that his members receive the spiritual food needed for continuous
Christian growth in Christ by providing inspirational and uplifting messages, through Sunday School, Sunday Worship Services, Wednesday Night Bible Studies, Friday Night worship services and revivals.
 
Pastor Ravenell continues to provide growth and fellowship opportunities when discussing topics
such as "Success Out of Failure", Spiritual Growth, Fasting Prayer and other
situations and issues which we face in our daily Christian walk.
 
In addition, reaching the youth is also an important part of Pastor Ravenell's commitment to serving
the Lord.  Under his prayerful leadership the Christian Community Skating Center was established to provide a place of recreation for youths in the community and surrounding areas.
 
In January of 1991, the membership of our church increased so tremendously that Pastor Ravenell had to
relocate his congregation to a new building.  God took a very popular nightclub, "Pier 52", and turned it into one of the most beautiful sanctuaries  in the area. What used to be the dance floor is now the pulpit where Pastor Ravenell
and many other ministers stand on a cross and a star expounding the Word of God.
 
In February of 1991, the Alice Temple Day Care Center was established.  The purpose of the center is to
help children develop to the fullest potential in a Christian atmosphere.
 
In August of 1992, the One Stop Gospel opened it's doors to provide Gospel Records, cassettes and
compact disc, reading materials, video rentals and sales and other religious needs.  He opened the Santee Christian Bookstore, in Santee, South Carolina and the St. Stephen Christian Bookstore in St. Stephens, South Carolina.
 
In April of 1993, the Alice Temple Miracle Prayer Tower was established to provide prayer and
counseling by the means of telephone. The Prayer and Counseling Line equipped
with qualified trained counselors who counsel according to the Word of God.  The
counselors have faith to believe with callers for miracles.
 
During the earlier years of Pastor Ravenell's ministry, he pastored and evangelized.  He spent many years
preaching in churches, on the streets and under the Gospel Tent where many souls
were healed, saved and delivered by the power of the Holy Ghost.
 
God's  blessings are being showered upon even more of his creation through the electronic media.
Pastor Ravenell can be heard five (5) nights a week and on Sundays over Radio
Station WTUA 106.1 FM in St. Stephens, South Carolina. His radio ministry is
reaching thousands in homes, prisons, hospitals, convalescent homes and places
of employment and people are still being healed, saved and delivered under the ministry.
 
Pastor Ravenell has pastored churches in the following states: Baltimore, MD; Brooklyn, NY; Rocky
Mount, NC; Paterson, NJ; and presently pastors in Baltimore, MD and Salters, SC.
 
Pastor Ravenell has had many radio broadcasts in the following states:  Baltimore, MD; Hackensack, NJ;
Nashville, TN; Rocky Mount, NC; Hemingway, Kingstree, Moncks Corner, Mullins,
St. George, SC; and presently in St. Stephens, South Carolina and Rose Hill, NC.
 
He has also been blessed by God to have had two brief television ministries in Goldsboro, NC and
Charleston, SC.
 
Pastor Ravenell resides in St. Stephens, SC. He is married and has two children and four (4) grandchildren.
 
Pastor Ravenell reunited with his father in the Gospel, Apostle George H. Wiley III, in 2005; and in
2007, Apostle George H. Wiley appointed Pastor Ravenell Presiding Apostle of the
Mount Hebron Apostolic Temple of our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith,
Inc., with churches in the states of New York, North Carolina, South Carolina
and Georgia. Apostle Jeremiah Ravenell presently pastors Christ Fellowship Church in St. Stephens, SC.
 
Continuous thanks are given God for the visionary leadership and obedience, which Apostle Ravenell
exemplifies.  The word of this familiar song exemplifies his life:
